Some no-lifers are still playing clanwars in this heat. Naturally, most of them are from the Nordic countries and that’s not just because it’s colder there.

Tonight, Broder faced Dignitas in the ETF2L AFS cup. AFS stands for AAAAAARGH Fuck the Sunshine.

Posting this a bit late, since I was on holiday:

Last thursday, Dignitas and Broder had a rather long fight. It took 3 maps

Dignitas vs TCM shoutcast and demos

Busy night for our poor server.

Dignitas played TCM on granary and gorge, in a match that was crucial in deciding who’s going to win season 7 of the ETF2L.

FakkelBrigade provided the gameserver, relays and shoutcast Mumble, and boy, did our server get slapped around.
950 spectators and close to 400 people listening in on the shoutcast Mumble really strained our resources.

Need more CPU cores

Also, Valve decided to release a TF2 update during the match, so when the map switched, the server got updated and everyone had to restart their TF2 to get the updated client. Brilliant timing

Another great shoutcast tonight, Dignitas against idk for ETF2L’s seventh season.

600 STV spectators and 280 shoutcast listeners saw idk beat the mighty Team Dignitas (again).

ESH Sapphire Cup final recordings

Tonight was the final of the ESH Sapphire cup, with a cash prize of 500 euros.

Our good friends of idk were taking on Team Dignitas, which they managed to beat in the previous ESH final, also worth 500 euros.

Exfane has no GameSense(tm)

We recently found out about a mental defect in our soldier, Exfane. The diagnosis was made in our match against Dignitas on ctf_turbine. Score 2-2 with 20 seconds on the clock.

Exfane decides to attack (taking our trusty demo Looper with him), despite Dignitas pushing for our flagroom. We lost in overtime.

So there you have it folks, Exfane has no GameSense. Cook is working on it.
