Now that I watched the video, the guy is good, but I have seen Link, Mock, DemonsRage pull off similar feats pretty consistently, I remember I MA'ed (Mid-Air for non-Tribes players) DemonsRage twice on successive shots.. Once you get the timing down its easy, most people just don't ever attempt and wait for them to hit the ground.

Tribes there was a custom skeet shooting map which would launch bots at different ranges/speed and you stood there taking shots with the spinfusor till you got the timing, then you played Rabbit for a while till you got the hang of the rfact the rockets took your velocity into account (which TF2 does not)

Example:

My regular MA in this game was between 30-60 meters (Point 2 to just past the tower on orange), Longest ever was 996 meters (dumb luck at that range)..

if I saw someone pulling shit like this off over and over in orange, i'd probably ban them for hacking. Yikes...

Remember, these videos are cherry picked from the best shots though also :-) I should put a plugin together that tracks if you got killed in the air and credits a MA kill or something.. Be fun to see people increasing the skill to pull that off..

Part of me is skeptical- even in the beginning for example, he MA'ed a demo man.

This is easy, if he does a perfect jump. this demo man didn't but he still fired a rocket at the failing demo jump (before) he started falling-
"hrmm-" meh

just stay out of the air- ;)

LINK, is NOT impressed. ;)

edit: Hawkeye, I used to play Tribes2 aswell- ....when it first came out...and 1GB patch...

jesus, I was like...11? 12?

kinda funny, I've been playing one of my favorite games recently-
Giants: Citizen Kabuto.

I'm giving the first video a 100% hack BS. 12 shots in a row, 6 while in the other guy was in the air, all hit perfectly. The very beginning you can tell how his aiming is just perfectly turns and lands on the guys head. Don't get me wrong I've gotten several airborne kills and perfect shots, but not in such a sequence.
I can understand that the video may have took a few months to make and the moments were picked from the best he's ever done, but I remain on the side that he hacks. The aiming is too fluent and his ability to get multiple kills on airborne opponents is just unbelievable.
He is either using an aimbot, or perhaps the best rocket launcher that has ever graced any FPS.
Edit- Watching it again, you can easily tell hes using an aimbot. Whenever he switches to his shotgun, his cross hair never goes outside a foot of who hes targeting unless they're dead. People don't usually ban people like him, b/c they are soldiers. And a lot of people don't know that there ARE rocket aimbots that can calculate where a player will be when they fire a rocket.

Yes, that guy is definitely using a bot. There is no way someone can snap to people for perfect rocket mid-air hits and be legit
